Privacy - GDPR effective from 25 May 2018
This information is provided in accordance with the art. 13 of the EU 2016/67 European Privacy Regulation (GDPR), pursuant to art. 13 of the legislative decree n. 196/2003 (Code regarding the protection of personal data) to users who access the site www.parmamusicfilmfestival.com and is related to all personal data processed in the manner indicated below.
THE HOLDER OF THE TREATMENT
The Data Controller of personal data collected is the association of social promotion "Parma OperArt APS and ASD" with registered office in via Brescia n. 3/1, 43122 Parma, email: firstname.lastname@example.org, Tel. 0521 1641083.
The personal data processed are provided directly by the interested party or provided automatically by the site.
The data provided directly by the data subject are personal data that are provided to the Data Controller in any manner and which concern:
- Name and surname, e-mail address, address and city, telephone number.
The data collected automatically is the navigation data. These data, although not collected in order to be associated with the user's identity, could indirectly, through processing and association with data collected by the Data Controller, allow its identification. In particular:
- list of collected data: IP address, browser
Following the sending of newsletters, the platform used makes it possible to detect the opening of a message and the clicks made within the newsletter itself, together with details about the IP and the browser / device used. The collection of these data is fundamental for the functioning of the implicit renewal systems of the treatment (see the item Treatment Mode) and an integral part of the operation of the sending platform.
LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
The data are processed exclusively for the purposes for which they are collected, as described below.
We use the data provided by interested parties to inform about the musical and cultural activities of our association and, in some cases, for other services specifically requested by the interested party or by the members of our association.
The provision of data is mandatory to allow the user to be informed about the activities and services provided by our association. For this reason, consent is mandatory and any refusal to process or failure to provide, inexact or partial provision of data could result in the impossibility of proper information on the activity and our services.
The provision of data for the purposes of sending newsletters for promotional and informational purposes is optional and the refusal to provide the consent to the treatment will give rise to the impossibility of being updated and informed. The Parma OperArt Association APS and ASD does not provide any third party information to users without their consent, unless required by law.
In any case, the dissemination and transfer of data outside the EU area is excluded.
REVOCATION OF CONSENT
The interested party may withdraw his consent to receive promotional and other communications by sending a request to the email address email@example.com.
METHOD OF TREATMENT
Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, providing in any case the annual verification of the data stored in order to delete those deemed obsolete, unless the law provides for storage obligations .
The data processing is carried out at the headquarters of the Parma OperArt Association APS or ASD, by personnel designated as data controller. The names of the personnel responsible for the processing of personal data can be requested by sending an appropriate request to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org
The registration and the relative treatment are considered valid until the user unsubscribe, present in every email, or after 12 months from the last communication of which has evidence of direct interaction (click, opening, reply).
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
Pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code and art. 13 GDPR each user has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of his personal data, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.
In particular, the interested party has the right to obtain from the Parma OperArt APS and ASD Association:
1. information on the origin of personal data;
2. information on the purposes and methods of treatment;
3. the name of the designated manager;
4. the names of the subjects and the categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated;
5. The upgrade, the correction or integration of their data;
2. cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law;
3. access to their data, ie confirmation that personal data processing is being processed or not;
4. the limitation of treatment;
5. the portability of the data, that is the right to receive in a structured format the personal data concerning him;
6. the right of complaint to the Control Authority.
Finally, the data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him / her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection. In particular, the interested party has the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending commercial advertising material or market research or commercial communication. UPDATES AND CHANGES
The Parma OperArt APS and ASD association, which manages the "Parma International Music Film Festival", and the www.parmamusicfilmfestival.com website, reserves the right to modify, supplement or periodically update this Statement in compliance with applicable legislation or measures taken by the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.
The aforementioned modifications or additions will be brought to the attention of the interested parties by publication on this website.
